We are running a competition for one adult (over 17 years old) to win either the Martial Art Kick Starter 8 week course or the Ladies Only Self Defence 8 week course. Both courses start in January 2024.
Terms and conditions
The prize is for 1 x 8 week course to either the Ladies Only Self Defence Course or the Martial Art Kick Starter 8 week course.
All entrants must be over 17.
Competition is only open to UK residents.
Entries for the competition close 11.59pm Friday 15th December and a winner will be chosen at random and contacted by Friday 22nd December.
The prize cannot be resold or exchanged and has no monetary value.
