When did you start at Aspire UMA?: October 2022 ladies-only class, but joined doing the mixed classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays in January 2023 as part of the new year programme.
What made you join?: Wanting to feel more empowered and learn self-defence
Current belt: Orange Senior
Favourite move: Rear leg front kick and side fist (but also looking forward to palm strike!)
What are you looking forward to?: Learning the palm strike 🤣 Also learning patterns and speed drill better in my current belt. Also growing/self-development and learning more techniques/getting better.
What part of being an instructor do you enjoy the most?: Helping other people gain confidence in themselves
