Service Description

Our martial arts discipline is a South Korean martial art called Choi Kwang Do. Whilst providing our students with powerful, self defence techniques the discipline in designed to protect the body and improve physical and mental health. Please note that Monday night (7pm) taster classes are for the ladies only class.
